iLex Accountancy Services in Gloucester was established in 2007 by Holly Siddall. After qualifying as an accountant, Holly set out to provide a service that supported business owners to understand and optimise their numbers whilst taking the time to really get to know the core business values and goals of the entrepreneurs she works with.
No two businesses are alike and over the years Holly’s client list and support team has grown in line with her passion and enthusiasm for offering a comprehensive but personable service covering all aspects of accountancy for small to medium sizes businesses.

Sole Traders
Taking the plunge and setting up as a sole trader can be an overwhelmingly exciting but nerve wracking time. Just because you are skilled in the nature of your trade does not mean you know all the ins and outs of behind the scenes business functionality. iLex can help you every step of the way and you can be sure that your accounts are in safe hands leaving you free to do the thing that you’re brilliant at!
Partnerships
A Partnership is an enterprise where two or more individuals come together as co-owners and we’re proud to provide support to these types of organisations. iLex supports Partnerships with the preparation of annual accounts, the preparation and submission of the annual Partnership tax return as well as the personal tax returns of its partners.
How to find us
Our offices are only a short 10 minute walk from both Gloucester Train Station and Gloucester Bus Station. If you are travelling by car, there is pay and display parking immediately outside and also around the delightful Brunswick Square Gardens opposite.
